Some examples of techniques used during a treatment at Thrive include: deep tissue massage, swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hold/relax technique, craniosacral therapy, hot/cold therapy & stretching/strengthening techniques. You will consult with your therapist before beginning a treatment to ensure that the treatment is tailored to your specific needs.
A receipt will be issued for all treatments that can be used to claim against extended health care coverage or as a write-off at tax time under the health & medical category.
